SUMMER CAMP WORSHIP LEADER

Plan, organize, and lead a team of Summer Staff musicians and vocalists during camper and staff worship gatherings throughout the summer. Ideal candidate is a music ministry major or has worship leading experience in a youth group, church, or college setting. 

Qualifications & skills: Must play an instrument, preferably guitar or keys, and have knowledge of and skills for service planning and music library apps.

Soft skills: upfront leadership, high EQ, team leadership and care, and growth mindset
