Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Indianapolis, IN

Mindful Pieces Behavior Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services at our Indianapolis clinic. We are also hiring school based RBTs with previous experience working in a school setting.

Requirements

  • Current RBT certification is required.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is required for school based positions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapy based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Collect accurate skill acquisition and behavior reduction data.
  • Review and follow each client’s treatment plan.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and treatment goals under BCBA supervision.
  • Record supervision and service hours as required to maintain your certification.
  • Follow the RBT Ethics Code and protect client confidentiality.
  • Apply feedback and training from the BCBA and clinical team.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and clinical management team to support client progress.
