Remote Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoices, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and financial records. The ideal candidate should be organized, comfortable working independently, and able to maintain accuracy while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices and payment requests

• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Process payments accurately and on schedule

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Assist with reconciliations and month-end reporting

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

• Accounting, Finance, Business, or any education preferred
